You authorize Linda's Leasing a DBA of Auto Brokers and More, LLC, our agents, and/or third party lenders to (i) begin a credit investigation, including obtaining your consumer credit report from one or more credit reporting agencies, now and with any update, renewal, refinancing, modification, or extension of any credit transaction with you; (ii) forward or otherwise allow access to your application (including your credit report and any updates or additions) to potential lenders, financial institutions, or other third parties in order to process your application; (iii) store securely the information we collect for evaluation of your application and for use in making additional offers to you in the future; and (iv) contact you via mail, mobile or home phone, text, or email regarding this application or for any reason in the future. To receive credit, you may be required to submit a further completed loan application to us or to a third-party lender.
Notice: I, the undersigned, hereby authorize any dealer to verify credit and employment history as stated above and to answer questions about credit experience with me, and if this application is made pursuant to any credit program for attendees and or graduates of schools or educational institutions to verify my educational experience as well. Insurance related to the credit for which I am applying may be purchased from an insurer agent of my choice who meets prospective creditor standards. In connection with this application for credit, prospective creditors may request a consumer credit report. On my request, prospective creditors will advise me if the report was actually ordered and if so, name and address of the agency that furnishes the report. prospective creditors may order subsequent consumer credit reports.
I authorize prospective creditors to ask my past and current creditors including creditors listed above or on my consumer credit report about my credit performance with them. Provisions by prospective creditors of a copy of this authorization shall serve as my direction that my credit references provide my credit performance information.
Everything that I have stated in/on this application is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that prospective creditors will retain this application whether or not it is approved. I will notify prospective creditors if applicable within a reasonable time of any change in my name address or employment.
